I need a set of cheap shocks to suit my 3" lifted gu patrol.

How about slipping over to the introductions section and throwing up some info about yourself and your rig - no harm done mate, but something we ask for prior to asking questions etc. let's people know who they're yakking with and you'll get a better response to posts listed.
