I have a receiver hitch and soft shackles for recovery points. Will never require recovering in a y62, only use for recovering other vehicles

Went for a 3km walk today with no sciatica pain, haven't done that in 3 years.

My operation was shaving the sciatica tunnel in l5 to stop my sciatic nerve from being crushed.

After 18 months and lots of battles with workcover I finally had my back operation today, now recovering with some great happy drugs.
