It's not bad bad but it's not good either.
Without a thermostat your engine will not reach operating temperature faster and will put more wear on the engine.
Worth putting one in long term mate.

Is yours a pickup or a wagon/swb? If it's a wagon/swb you need 5.4l. If pickup, 4.3l.

Every man and his dog make bushes, but nothing beats original.
In saying that if you need castor correction bushes then don't cheap out. Get a trusted brand.
