Do you need to replace the whole antenna? I just replaced the mast. Much cheaper and way easier. Inner guard off and lower mast off the remove the plastic running guide that usual breaks off inside....

I am not sure if the 4.2 is a solid or dual mass. Perhaps someone else can answer this.. Didn't realise is was a 4.2 just saw the GU part.

Not sure about this but with my understanding of the systems even the second level maybe too high. If the system is design to be mounted in the cab it would not be allowing for the much lessened...
