G'day Paul.
It's after beer o'clock and I'm only joining in because you've not had much response.
Without knowing anything about it, I'd assume the booster simply makes it easier to get the foot...

G'day Tonks,
would you believe, when you key in 'engine oil' in the search panel at the top of the page, you get reams of irrelevant stuff. Dunno how that could be,,,,,but.
Try 'Caltex delo 400' ...

Good one Muddy.
Works for me. Just a minor quibble though. As I was taught how to grease wheel bearings, at the end of re-assembly, 1) tighten up to a specified max., 2) turn the wheel several...

G'day Covo.
Not much response so far.
Can't help on the bar but would guess living there, you'd be close to a few 4x4 suppliers. Search it up.
My old 4.2D was bloody reliable and predictable on...

Roycey,
sorry to sound like a goose (and it's after beer/wine O'Clock) but have you checked the clutch fluid level?

G'day Dom,
what a simple, brilliant pump on that backyard man's post.
BTW I thought the standard 1/2" driver end was all you need for the plugs. Still, whatever,

Col

G'day Shaun,
not doing too well are you?
Afraid I can't help. Simply can't find the ECU on any manuals I can access. If there's any doubt, I'd suggest you contact the team at the performance...

G'day all,
I've been using Kelly AWR's (or equivalent) for years on a GQ and now a GU.
Dunno if they're sexy or not and they're certainly NOT the intergalactic offroad, mud, rock, sand you name it...

G'day R man.
Reckon you're on track with the clean up and watch.
Can't think of anything which could leak engine oil in that place and must say it'd be a bit surprising (well to me at least) to...

G'day Doze.
Had a 4.2 non turbo diesel and now a 2008 model 3.0CRD.
Prefer the non turbo as you get the grunt at low revs.
Pulled a van at max load of 2.0 ton with both. No probs with either but...

G'day Shaun,
Standard is O.K. I believe ( and that's over about 500K in GQ and GU models) with some pretty remote loads. However, if you're being loaded up with s**t fuel, it maybe could get iffy...

G'day all,
we think it amazing.
Had a td42 for about 300k and NEVER saw one clean filter with the other black as usual on a diesel at servicing. Not sure if all is working normally that that would...
