The plot thickens... This has happened twice now and I have a theory as to why it is happening.
Last time I adjusted the wheel bearings I think I bent the drivers side circlip that holds it all together. I did not have a pair of circlip pliers so used two pairs of pointy nose pliers and I think I've stretched it.
It has come off and allows a bit of movement in the hub, now my wheel hubs have come loose a couple of times and I think this free play is allowing them to come loose.
I will order a GU hub nut upgrade and replace the circlips (with circlip pliers)
I drove the car this week and noticed a noise coming from that hub so I am assuming it has come loose again. This should help with my braking too.
Have you got your new brake lines in yet? ?
Darren found me a set of twin piston rotors in Traralgon for $100, sent the bloke a message saying I'd go pick them up that day and he had sold them a couple of hours earlier! I was spewing! Bloody hell Darren, faster next time!
You know I gave Irish a set and he will never get around to fitting them.....
Winnie, awesome bus mate. Just wondering how the intercooler is nearly 2 years on? Have you had any dramas with it?
