Yeah that's a bit early for me i think, have allready done 2 4 day weeks, can't push my luck to much!! Can probably get off work 2.30 3 ish i reckon. Might head up through noojee & sth face rd. There's no fuel after Yarra junction but should be all good with old diesel :)
From your place I think that would be a good way to go. Bit out of the way for me though
I'm coming across and would be able to meet about 2pm in Moe. Maybe a little earlier if I have to. :). Or happy to meet in Melbourne on the way through.

Unfortunately things are now up in the air for me. I'm applying for interstate jobs and am currently hopping around the country for pointless (unless I get the job) assessments. We should be fine.
There are burns planned "within 10 days" close by but we will have to monitor for sure.

Should be fine, there burning everywhere ATM, we'll just manage it if we have to. Most of the areas we will be in got burnt in the Aberfelfy fires a few years ago so there won't be any fuel reduction burns going on in there yet. Might just be smokey in the area tho.
I am officially excited. Doesn't look like the new toy will make it and I have a bit of work to do to Katrol, but we'll hopefully be getting away by lunch time. Looks like the fire truck might get a run.
