Drove the dunger to JPC's for a new clutch this morning. Turns out there was a bucket load of mud in there and the rear main was leaking. Pick it up tomorrow. Then goes to Pro Axle on Thursday.

Yeah you live and learn hey? Well I didn't learn though...I spoke with them this morning, they had to do a few more things as the mud damage was pretty intense. They have fitted a bell housing breather to it and totally sealed the bell housing as well. Nearly fell over when I was told of the bill!!! But its all done now so no more bog holes Mick! I blame you! Lol. You were leading and I did hear over the radio your voice recommending no one to go through it, except for Mudski.:tease:
Tomorrow it goes in to Pro Axle to see what they can do about the drifting left issue.
Bog holes will cost you a fortune if you continue to drive them,
I did, but dont now unless I absolutely have to.
Booked in on Friday for new shoes too. Sick of these crap Coopers slipping all over the road and giving a rough and noisy ride.
I pulled out my non functioning stebel airhorn, pulled it down and gave it a clean out. I now have a working airhorn again.
I also replaced the alternator plug after my trip to Bright where the connectors and wire broke and alternator lost all charge, I ended up doing a dodgy solder on the terminals and got it charging again.
Finally I wired up a trailer lead/plug with flat cable in behind the jack cover. All I have to do now is hang it out the back door when/if I tow anything.
