Need more info like, pc, phone, tablet, windows platform, Apple platform, Andriod....etc

Im on a PC it lets me open the first link, but when it pops up and says click link below to download manual it wont let me click on the link.

I tried it and it worked fine, a job for our expert Todd I think..lol

What does the PDF open with? Acrobat or embedded viewer or an app or something else.

I just tried mine and works fine when the PDF is opened in Acrobat..

Hmm, never heard of it...LOL Have you got Acrobat reader?? Try that, If not download a free version... make sure you untick the mcafee installer
