Ok, I am flat out tomorrow and need a list to literally walk into the IGA and follow.
Below is my rushed list and quantity.
If I have stuffed anything up, less or more needed please let me know.
Also, anything i have missed, please let me know...lol
- 3 x packs of prosciutto
- Bottle of olive oil - put in squirt bottles
- Basil - I have a plant outside
- 150mm thick of hot salami sliced
- Crushed garlic jar
- 2 x paper bags full of mushrooms
- Jar of black olives
- Anchovies - Try and find a big container, if not 3 x smaller ones
- 3 or 4 x big pack of cheese - mozza and pizza cheese
- 2 x big tins of pineapple
- 4 to 5 big hand fulls of shredded ham
- 2 x marina sauce jars
- 2 x bags of mixed seafood
- Goat cheese - thats a killer - I might have to mix up goat and fetta...lol
- Eggplant - 2 or 3 - Will soak in salt water overnight - comes up a treat for pizzas
- Not sure on pumpkin anymore - will grab a butternut anyway but the vege one would be better with salt soaked eggplant and semi sun dried tomatos I think and cheese
- 2 x tubs of semi sundried tomoatos
- big bag of rocket
- 20 rations of bacon
- 3 to 4 onions
- Eggs - I have a gazzilion
- a few capsicums
- Tomatoes
Note: These are not your usual westernized pizza pies...Less is better but we eat more pizzas all night...lol

Not sure if it's been said but buy pre made doh from Coles, or bakers delight.
Both top mixes and make the process sooooooooooo much easier..
Also this whole less is more poor... Boluks!! 2" high and cook at the door so it cooks sslllllllooooooowwwwwwwlllllllyyyyyyy....
