Just block of both ends where they mount up and be done with it. If it were me, I would block both ends and bolt that broken pipe back up just incase mr plod pulls you up and notices its missing. Big fine.
Will it effect the EGR sensor? Already blocked the one that goes to the manifold.
No. So just get a plate for the other end, they are shaped differently, then put it all back together.Quote:

Thats the one that broken correct? If so block it off at the top, which you already have, and also block it at the bottom, and put the pipe back on as normal and ignore the fact that its broken. It will just be there for looks now.
Yes top (arrow)pipe is the broken one, so just block those ends and alll will be good?
