Now i know that these are the smaller ones and imo they dont look great but this company used to have the big mammas for the same price their coz i got them for a surf at home!!

Thanks Tony. Just got my brother in law to have a gander - she's welded up nice and tight. All good. Got a new one at Nissan waiting for me tomorrow. A sneaky $100 though for a relay :S

My GQ has done over 300,000 kM, has plenty of oil leaks and is down on power. I figure the engine is living on borrowed time. I considered conversion to a TD42 but too many parts required (I love the gearbox in the 2.8 - a much nicer box that won't fit with the 4.2) and too much work to change and the 4.2 really needs a turbo. So I would like to locate a NEW RD28T engine.
Anybody have any idea if such is available, where and how much.
p.s. I want the RD28T not the RD28TDi, that is the one with the hydraulic tappets rather than the one with buckets and shims (and too much electronics for my liking). Prefer the one with the vacuum pump on the valve cover rather than on the back of the alternator but that's not so important.

I recently rebuilt my RD28T, but before doing it, just for arguments sake, I rang Nissan. You can buy a brand spanking bare motor out of the box, for around $9600 I think it was. They had one in the warehouse in Melbourne too. I did post it on a thread back in Dec/Jan but it will take me ages to find it!

im chasing a set of centres for a gu patrol with 4.3 ratios want centres complete preferably but will take gears alone for the right price

hey guys im new here, just bought a 2000 model GU patrol ute, its missing the passenger side mirror and the front rectangular indicators from the bullbar.
id also like to put a water tank under the tray.
