I have used Clint Ward motor repairs in Warragul a few times and he has been great to deal with. He only really works on 4WDs so is pretty handy. I can't recommend anybody else.

Any OBD2 scanner WILL NOT WORK! I have 2002 Gu3 zd3 and the socket looks like an obd one. Apparently some earlier ones were square. An OBD device fits mine but will not connect. Ever....
