Hi Guys, just got my new relay for my l.e.d. lights that are running to fast for blinkers , have no idea where the relay is, but i can hear it , cheers Alex

Is it a GU or GQ?

You might be able to get to it by removing the panel from above the pedals and putting your hand up around.
Being a TI, this may not be possible, you may have to remove the panel from around the radio.

found it what a place to put it, ? new unit doesn't work , maybe GU wiring different , here a diagram of new unit cheers Alex

Hi Alex,
I think the pins are in the wrong order.
+ terminal of your relay should go to Red wire with a White stripe
L terminal of your relay should go to a Green wire
- terminal should go to a black wire
If the pins are in the wrong order you can make up a 3 wire jumper harness.
If the pins are in the wrong order there is also a chance you may have damaged the new flasher unit.

There are two versions of the relay for different vehicles. Identical inside except the +ve pins are reversed.
You need to either ensure you have the correct pin orientation for your truck or make up a small harness to switch the wiring if it is the "wrong" one
