If you ride it sensible bikes are ok, its just when you start getting up it that things could get hairy lol
Because i only have my L's for a bike these are a cheap learner bike, its still a 650 and the motor is basically Suzuki

With a 2 Year unlimited KM warranty will do the job nicely lol

Love hitting the bush tracks on the xr tho.

Since when can L platers ride 650's?? My first bike was a 1981 Honda XL250!! Your thing will go faster in first gear than that thing could go in top cog!!
Congrats mate, stay upright.
There's s new system, it's called LAMS (learner approved motorcycle scheme). All to do with power to weight ratio. I think the biggest you can get is a virago 900. But you cant have a 125 two stroke race replica etc.

x 2 I didn't think you could ride a 650 on L's, I know in NSW there is even some 250's you can't ride on ur L's because of the power they have.
I have an 84 ( I think ) Honda XL in the shed at my old mans that i learnt 2 ride on, great bike. The first bike I bought brand new was a 2001 Honda XR 250 :) But now its time for it 2 be on the list of toys 2 be sold :(:(:(

If I'm correct in Europe and USA this beast calls Suzuki hayabusa.

Nice bike mate.
I too am one that is jealous of those who can be trusted on a roadie, I cannot.
Rta changed the rules a few years ago regarding engine size. Good idea I think, although my Husaberg 570 is ok to ride on L and P's! ! !
No way would I let a learner ride it. Scares me and I'm pretty heavy and somewhat experienced. Near standard harley davidson power from factory in a 114kg dirt bike.
Stay safe out there on the road. A lot of crazy 4x4's out there! :)

Fastest production bike in the world and worth a fortune. I'd say it's different.
Yes different. Hayabusa (sp?) Is a 1300cc or so. Very very fast, I think fastest top speed, not acceleration but. Could be wrong.

Yeah they do something like a 10 second quarter mile straight out of the factory.

Yer its a LAMS approved Motorcycle, its a 650 that is slightly de-tuned.. Still goes alot harder than the 250's i took for test rides..Once im off my Learners i can get it tuned back upto a proper 650 for a little bit more go haha

Nice Ride Fletch
I Have a Yamaha R1 for the black top and find it more and more difficult to have any fun on it as I need to keep my licence to travel to work.
So I bought a Honda XR650R for the bush (Harder to break the law easer to break yourself LOL)
Have fun and stay safe

I think you will find that the Kawasaki ZX14 Ninja is now the (Fastest production bike in the world)
BUT in saying that they are all limited in their top speed just the zx14 gets there quicker..... Bloody Quick (My old man has one)
