Dakota Digital is all I ever supply and install now, absolutely eats all the other brands, can work with elec speedo or via cable, fully electric so no vacumm needed, and completely adjustable. can set speedo pulse rates, sensativity, cyls, man or auto, response to resume speeds etc etc. Comes with 3 different options for switchs but also comes with simple wiring diagram using 3 wires so you can use your own custom switch panel if you wanted to. I normally charge only charge $500 for them but that goes up and down depending on the us dollar.

Factory cruise no good to you mate? I have been thinking of getting cruise control, but just thought to get the factory setup from a wreckers or something. As I have the GUIV leather steering wheel in my GUII which has the factory cruise buttons on the wheel already. But haven't really looked into it much to be honest. Just a pipe dream at the moment.

I used the Autron Unit in my 2003 3 Litre Di, and the unit was great .... can't see why it would be any different on a 4.2

Johno's unit sounds interesting too.
