So Benny I want to put a 4 inch lift in but I have been told I dont need to change brake lines or put offset bushes in my radius arms ..... can I get away with just changing the springs.....??????

Just put in 7 inch super dooper soft springs in, it will instantly sag 3 inchs, no shocks.
