Ok So i have been trying to get to grips with just what the CRD motor does in regards to boost controlls and mine seams different to others.
Mine is a 2012 CRD 50th anniversary Manual, when stock, under load, boost came up to 14.5 psi, all the way up to 2300rpm, under heavy load, drop back to 12.5 psi and then increase to say 16-18 under 40% load.
From what i have been reading, everyone says that these should not make more then 10psi prior to 2000rpm, but mine makes more, have i got an issue?
Now i have an exhaust and the ecu is still managing to control the boost to same levels but i did wind the VNT screw back a 1/2 turn as the high end boost was a bit high.
