I take it your pics are showing the same part flipped over, so I'll find one of those on each side?

Correct only one on each side

Hi guys, how do you get these parts out?
I see there is a circlip inside I can pinch together, but the bit in the picture above still won't lift out.
Any help appreciated!

Screwdriver in and lever that plate out.
