RB30DET build questions HELP
Nearly completed my rb30det (98 gu 2.8td) build but have a few questions if anyone has done this or similar and can help?
- is the standard 6mm fuel return line adequate?
- apparently there is a fuel pump relay under the dash for factory main tank efi pump just needs to be hooked up (same loom as 4.5l models?)
-and where is said relay located?
- what air conditioning compressor fits?
- any trick to getting the factory instruments tacho, temp, speedo, etc working?
- is the factory radiator and clutch fan enough to keep things cool?
- does anyone have a copy of wiring diagram for the gu patrol to help with wiring this in?
thanks in advance.

I think if you can get hold of the repair manual, engine manaul of the RB30DET equipped car, it will make things lot easier.

It's a 2.8 diesel to 3 litre petrol conversion, isn't it? I guess you can see how it goes and address any issues accordingly?
Or you can get hold of the stock radiator that came with the RB30DET engine equipped car, that you got the engine from?

I'm guessing you might be able to download the repair manual from here. The wiring diagram might be there.
P.S. BTW, if you can document this whole process here, it will be handy for you and everybody who'll attempt the same upgrade/conversion like you.
Cheers.
