no where else in the world high roofs RHD? Japan only had 24V safari I guess? don't know much other country's with LHD vehicles..

could it be out of australia? It has the lights in the side fenders at front, don't know where they are for but tought it was for australian market?
Fender lights are cornering lights they'll light up when low beams are on and indicator per side activates and at certain speed. It was availaible as an option in Australia to. Your car is not from Australia, if it was it would have letter M in ID plate sequence.

- DX with manual mirrors, no central locking, vinyl interior, optional AC, manual locking hubs.
- RX with electric mirrors, central locking, carpet interior, AC, manual locking hubs.
- ST with electric windows, electric mirrors, central locking, carpet interior, AC, automatic locking hubs.
- TI with electric windows, electric mirrors, central locking, leather and carpet interior, rear AC, woodgrain, seven speaker sound system, alloy three-spoke wheels, automatic locking hubs. The TI model had a high roof design until 1991.

Looks like it's a Safari with changed rear doors from Patrol.
Mine Safari has 12V so 12/24 V is not a point.
