New member, and glad to be here
Hi guys, my name is Sam and I am fairly new to 4wd'ing. Recently owner a Toyota surf but have taken the plunge and shelved out for my new rig. A 2000 Model TD42T GU. These things are amazing and it's a shame that I had not got it straight out.
Live close to adelaides CBD and the main use of the vehicle is to get me out to the beaches to fish but the missus is so wrapped with the car it looks like we may have to plan a few outback getaways. (No issue for me)
Was lucky enough to pick it up with a number of extras but still have plenty of other things to add to the list.
Can already see there is a huge amount of info here from a number of posters and hope that I can offer some (usefull) info myself.
Sorry in advance for any silly questions I may ask and look forward to speaking to you all.
Cheers, potsy.
