Deep cycle battery - warranty

Greetings all,
Looking to do a 2nd battery upgrade as we will be adding a portable fridge in coming months.
While doing my research and reading on what type of battery, i noticed something on the Centuary Battery guide. They have stated that " warranty void if mounted under bonnet" - this is for there deep cycle AGM and deep cycle GEL batteries.
Has anyone come across this with the other brands and if so how have you got around this warranty issue.

That's to cover their butt as a few bad installations exploded.
My battery place would not fit a SLA start battery, they would sell it to me but I would have to fit it.
Same with my Aux battery, 3 years ago they said the same thing.
Have had no problems to date.
