Have you checked the small gauze filter in the banjo bolt? It can also be fuel lines or hoses going to injection pump sucking small amount of air. Does the valvetrain and the hydraulic lifters sound good? All hoses and gasket between turbo and intake manifold is in good shape? Also check if u got high pressure in the cooling system

Everything seems to be ok. There is no gauze filter in the banjo bolt. So I´m guessing that the problem is because of no filter. Some Icelanders take these filters out and say that they are important. Instead of cleaning them once every year. I checked the timing also and everything maches. So my guess is a broken injector pump.

Mate the gauze is buried in the pump under the bolt if it is there as It is common for it to be removed, check down there with a torch.
2003 gu3 td42tdi sold 😞 bloody gvm towing crap. Bt50 3500kg gvm.

I did that. But it doesen´t hurt to check again.

Hi guys. I´m changing the knockle house sealings But I feel like the old sealings arent in right order. This how they are now. But I´m pretty sure that the new ones are not supose to be in this order.
