Depending how far you have to bend to get straight cause you'll have to over bend to allow it to flex back, just use small chock of timber in the center or where ever it's needed.

Chuck them out, my tjm ones were the same so I've cut off the brush bars and got some proper sliders to weld them on.

I'm yet to bolt them up as I need to do some pannel work after they were bent up.
I bought the sliders off lhurley and they were bolsys sliders and double the thickness and weight of my tjm ones! I'm going to have to do it soon so ill post pics when I do it.

As megatexture said, bin them. Having compared his to my (now his) sliders, there was a massive difference. Whilst trying to get megas side steps off, we could actually twist and bend them with our hands. But the sliders, i dont think ive ever seen them flex or move in the year they were on my car. And i have dropped it hard. I mean HARD. Not even small dint in the slider.
IMO $500 on sliders is a lot less then sill damage and any other damage that can come from a decent underside knock.

if i had the time id love to have a crack at making a set but ive got a finished set in the garage and they have been there for like 3 months maybe waiting to be fitted when i finaly get some time
