Hi TD - yep - but as a rough guide its enough for me. Just out of curiosity - where would be the best spot to measure?

By rights the correct method is from bottom of hub to bottom of guard. (where your red x was) By the way, Jas, how is the ride?

Hi Steve - thanks for that - to be honest the ride is very little different in terms of feel from previously. Potholes, etc are less felt but in terms of steering, sway, etc all feels good. I did get it up on one wheel about a two foot high and feels pretty good in terms of articulation, etc. Return to centre on the steering is about the same (hence the no need for caster correction).

Re: The Patrol in Progress
It's probably your steering dampner giving a false feeling of return to centre.
Just be careful at high speed

G'day folks,
Out of the blue, i had a phone call this afternoon from a good forum friend Jas (Lorrieandjas). It was fantastic to hear from him and he and his family are going fine. Due to his hectic work life style and looking after 15 month old twins he has been busy with life in general. Hopefully we will hear from the man soon.
Kind regards,
RLI
