We recently did a 5 week challenging trip.
In the spare box were a front and a rear wheel bearings and seals, hub seals, universal joints, front and rear shock plus spare bushes, "old" hoses, belts etc., Cable, fuses etc. etc.
Cost a heap and only used some shocky bushes on my car which I should have replaced before leaving home. Needed some spring bushes and didn't have any!!!
What do you do? Leave stuff at home and want it or like us carry it all and not use it?

Pre trip inspection, change all belts and hoses save the oldies as spares.
    Oils and fluids to suit.
Daily check oil, water and air filter, blow out if necessary.
If batteries over 3 years old I'd think about replacing them.
    one less thing,
As I said the list is huge
