    Boost gauge help

    Does the boost tee into the blue hose see pic any help please could not save to my proflie album?

    Hey mate i am running the same setup on my own vehicle.. if by boost you mean the boost guage then yes, the blue line will have the boost pressure in it.. Just make sure the line is well sealed and doesnt cause a boost leak

    I put the T-piece into the fitting on the intercooler pipe.

    here is how i set mine up







    The boost gauge sits on the pilar in front of the driver.

    Like this




    This setup was later modified when i put the Dawes and Needle valve in (more photos to come)

    Dawes and needle valves are what some of us fit to ZD30 (3.0l diesels) engines to manually control turbo boost. The computer normally controls boost on these engines but doesn't do a very good job. No relevant to 2.8 (RD28) diesels.
