Hey JB, I have a switch located on the dash that enables me to turn the intercooler fan on and off, but it is an after market setup and it is a GQ.
What model is your Patrol??

it was likely an aftermarket setup mate, If your handy enough to put is all back together then run an independent switch to the fan cause you really only need it when you in the bush running slow low range.

The only good thing about an 80 series is..... the front end?? Wrong!!, the Engine?? Wrong!! the Full Time 4WD system?? Wrong!! Its the NissanPatrol.com.au stubby holder fitted over the transfer lever.
