Hi all what the best oil to put into my 1999 4.5 petrol with 310 000 km on the clock?

Anytime buddy I always have cold ones in the fridge so anytime you around the Waterford area give me a shout.
October sounds good. It will give me time to safe it for it. Where are you off to?

Dunno truth be told mate, I use it from a 20 litre drum down at the mechanics ... couldn't be cheap, but it's good gear!!
