    Gu manual gearbox

I'm looking for a replacment gearbox for my Gu td42t. I blew 5th gear around 2 months ago & i'm looking at any options for the time being. I can get a strengthened rebuilt box but just looking at options at this stage.
    Any help appreciated.

Your best option is the strengthened rebuilt box, unless you want to rebuild it your self. Out of curiosity, how much for the rebuilt box?

Yeh good price, just about $1500 more than i can afford. I'll most likely have to replace the clutch as well so funds will be really tight.

Well if you were in WA I would help you rebuild the old one. I did mine, ended up costing me $1250.00 and more swearing and muscle pain than it was worth...lol
