Push and pull with reasonable force may be about one mm of movement in swaybar with some screeching noise, otherwise it is tight.

This is when the car is on ground (not sure whether jacking is required?).

take it off and wrap a couple turns of http://www.supercheapauto.com.au/onl...ecommendations
if you dont want to replace em. or to diagnose a noise when your driving. ( did it to my car lasted 3 years then i sold it still tight)

sounds like their not terrible but starting to wear. another sigh is it will be shiny next to the bushes this would indicate it has been moving for awhile.
if its worth doin its worth over doin

If they are making noises when you twist the bar, just apply some grease inside the rubber. Seems to me your rubbers are fine otherwise.
