New clutch take up point feels wrong

    Hi all,

I've just had a new Exedy safari tuff clutch and solid mass flywheel, with new master and slave cylinder fitted to my 2011 GU patrol, after only owning the car for a few months the old clutch was slipping and the pedal was right at the top of travel so I had it replaced. After replacement of the clutch however the engagement point is still at the very top of the pedal and doesn't feel as if it is releasing completely, I've bled the hydraulics and adjusted the clutch pedal free play and is has made no difference. Vehicle shifts ok and seem to drive fine but I am concerned that once it wears a little it may start to slip as the friction point is only about 2 inch's from top of pedal travel.

Clutch fork is not bent is it? They have a tendency to crack and bend apparently.
