I am contemplating retro fitting up the new Donaldson LC200 air box into my GU as the Fatz Fab pod box is shit.
Just means I gotta move the aux battery, which means buying a lithium, which means buying a new DC/DC charger, which means big dollars for the lot!

Scored mine back in the day for half the now price linked above but with a cheap V8 high performing ‘paper’ flat easy stored replacement filter A1358 from any cheap store Australia wide.
Suited my then 55rwkw TD42 and now pimped to 155rwkw TD42Ti it’s amazing and worth every penny

It still is a bit messy atop but can easily filter pimped up TD42’s to well above my original numbers



Above…. I did personally modify their emergency drain flap/hole with a local plumbing store ‘Philmac’ check valve although it has never been needed utilising under/after windscreen deep Tasmanian pot holes still to this date



Matt… @nissannewby Legend kindly did all the flow rate air numbers needed well before even the Airboxes creation numbers too

Crikey, these A1358’s are cheap, available most outback places and so so so easy to pack under your seats or in your cavities
