24v Safari all window switches work but the central locking button doesn't. any suggestions on a fix? I don't mind manually locking but the wife always forgets to lock her door. So it would be nice to find a fix.

Is the problem on the lock button on the drivers door alone or on the door actuators? For instance, if you take the wires from the lock button and short them yourself, do the central lock operates and locks all the doors?

i'd pull the door switch and even the master actuator (drivers door) hose all the connections with marine grade CRC and see if that makes a difference.
otherwise it will be a matter of following the wires to find out what works and what doesn't

I'll have to pull the door card off soon to verify. Haven't had the best of luck with 24v systems so far. Mostly because I've never dealt with it and just assumed everything would work lol.

Used to be sold as CRC66
Now, at least in NZ, it's called "CRC 5,56 Marine". Probably dolphin-friendly, removed all the potent ingredients. Still good stuff though.

...It just occurs to me that it's an NZ company, so might be unknown overseas. Similar no Inox? It's better than WD40... probably equivalent to a mix of sewing machine oil, acetone, mild acid, and diesel.
