Great News Brother, one less wire to worry about versus the TD42Ti injection pumps, I’m lead to believe from newer variant owners. Was it an immobiliser Ti 11mm pump extra thingy?

If you have the wide radiator, not the skinny tall one, you can use this just need TD hoses ,including heater hoses.
The gearbox is fine to use.
The crossmember you will need a TD one as this pushes the motor forward 10mm. Otherwise in reverse the exhaust manifold hits the firewall.
Get Killa Kustoms to mod your loom, so much easier than trying to work it out your self.
You'll need the weld on engine mount brackets to weld to the chassis. Patrol a Part sell these.
TD accelerator pedal and cable.
Clutch and flywheel of course, although I am told the ZD clutch fits. Just get the right one though and be done with it.
Thats pretty much it from memory.
can the zd crossmember be used? i cant seem locate a td one.

You can but like I said, in reverse the exhaust manifold hits the firewall. And makes a horrible noise in the cab. Been there and done that.Theres only 10mm difference in the transmission mount spacing, not much.If you could fab up a adaptor plate to use on the ZD crossmember that would work.

engine swap on a gu series 4
Is there any overheating issues retaining the ZD original OEM radiator system versus installing an OEM TD42 radiator system?

The only good thing about an 80 series is..... the front end?? Wrong!!, the Engine?? Wrong!! the Full Time 4WD system?? Wrong!! Its the NissanPatrol.com.au stubby holder fitted over the transfer lever.
