What about a mixed spit stick, happy to haul a trailer up with a long stick hire pit so you can regulate heat for different meat ends?

Up to you mate, I don't think a full carcass is for everyone, I can fit about 7 chooks on mine, so could easily do some beef say one end and chook at the other.
