Legendary
In addition to the lawnmower I also got a Ryobi brushless impact wrench.
Rotated my tyres today using it and I'm impressed. I may be easily impressed tho.
Using highest setting (270nm) they spun off easily. Switched it over to the auto stop feature (120 nm) and went around all nuts twice, then grabbed torque wrench and checked. Had 2 that needed about 5 minutes as if you're looking at a clock, if you know what I mean, but that could have just been me not hitting it twice. All the others were pretty good.
There's even a note on the back of the box, but I have and will also finish with the torque wrench..

Daily Lurker
I I've been moved to onsite at work, which means I need some extra time for my job. I bought this two days ago and have it some use over the last two days. Scored it on a good deal, came with two batteries, charger, two different mounts, a laser range finder and a carry case. 10 bucks more than the DeWalt but came with a heap more stuff. I'm happy with the brightness of it, can still see the line 20m away in full sunlight. 20220408_202842.jpg

So took advantage of the Easter sales today and filled a basket at Supercheap with a few things to go in the tool box.
Of note are these 3 pick ups. Tools where 25% off.
These cable cutters are bloody awesome for cutting big cross-section twin core. I have just been using pliers or side cutters. Very happy with these.
I have a couple of pairs of side cutters, a couple of weeks ago I was working around the shed and misplaced my favourite pair damn it. Searched high and low damn it. I have a large set but my favourites are this middle size. If I find my other pair I'm happy to have 2 sets. Lol
And this little kit is very kool and will drop in a tool bag without thinking. Handy to have and these where cheap. ($15 or so I think)
Everything else in the bag was secret. Lol

The only good thing about an 80 series is..... the front end?? Wrong!!, the Engine?? Wrong!! the Full Time 4WD system?? Wrong!! Its the NissanPatrol.com.au stubby holder fitted over the transfer lever.

Here are a couple of workshop hacks for you gents I found on FB.
Hold a difficult or odd shaped item in the pointy nose pliers and the clamp the pliers in the vice. They act as an extension Jig to the vice jaws. Very kool idea.
Vice grips to hold it at the angle you need to work then into the vice
Love it.
