Finally took the door cards off to replace the split insert on the drivers side , did both sides so they match, whilst the cards were off noticed a bit of rust on the top fold where the trim goes on, it must be leaking a bit so treated that whilst I had the cards off. Also put a new pod filter in to replace the old filthy one.
2003 gu3 td42tdi sold 😞 bloody gvm towing crap. Bt50 3500kg gvm.

Just snipper off the factory Patrol plug and soldered the wires.
Early D21 Navara use the exact same indicators as the Patrol except they are clear. No mod required. FYI.

After not driving it for a week I drove it to Bendigo, 270ks return trip and it still doesn't like the two climbs coming home..
Driving more on petrol now.

Losing the gas in a few weeks. Then I'll speak with the guys at 4x4 obsession. I think first up will be a full new exhaust and tune. It's going on club reg in November so after that there's really no rush.
