I had the same issues with incorrect images showing last night Nic, you need to clear the app cache data from your phone.

It's a pic I uploaded to the forum in the matrix period which now no longer exists, Nic's phone saved it to the app cache on his phone and somehow has cross referenced them to display the wrong pic. Mine was doing the same before I cleared the cache.
