Isn't that oversized though mate? Think of all the normal sized guys and cheese graters out there

You got me thinking now @mudski Do you like the chunky side of the grater, or the small holed side? Might be best to put that in the thought for the day section.

Had to remove the two mid sections of the zorst too as the mount to the gearbox is almost busted off and the mount just after the muffler has snapped clean off. It seems launching the Patrol off the beach whoopdies at Cape Jaffa last Christmas may have broken a few things. Everything under there has a nice coats of rust now though. Lol
Just struggling to get the transfer linkage of the case. I don’t think it’s ever been off.
Might just pour another Whiskey and think about it.

Tomorrow I might see if all the other bolts come undone easy enough, if they do, I will just force it out, I guess. Not sure what to do about this.

Replaced the dead battery and drove it for the first time in 3 months. Was almost like being back home but man, I forgot how small a space it is inside

Decided to abort mission. I have two weeks until Easter. I have no idea how long it will take to do the transfer case. I can’t afford to not have the Pootrol running for easter. I will never hear the end of it. So the reduction gears will stay boxed up until next time.
