Patrol Freak
Hello and welcome to the forum.
As I lay there looking up, taking in the spectacular view that was the night sky and the multitude of stars I asked myself, where did my tent go?

The only good thing about an 80 series is..... the front end?? Wrong!!, the Engine?? Wrong!! the Full Time 4WD system?? Wrong!! Its the NissanPatrol.com.au stubby holder fitted over the transfer lever.

Before journey I checked advices for travelers at government sites for exemple at polish and australian https://smartraveller.gov.au/Maps/Africa.pdf It dosn t look so good, especially in Mauritania. But we decided to go there, and we have not got any problems wit our safety. Of course in big cities like Nouakchott, Nouadhibou or Dakar we had to be very carefur. Everyone was interested in our presence in this places. For me Morocco is very safe country, for example there is many police checkpoints on the road. They aks you where are you driving and if everything is ok.

I agree. Those were some of the best photos I've ever seen. So, you've been to Africa, right? Do they still hear echoes in the night? Do they still bless the rains back there?
