Hodge if you still needing help I can explain.
There is an actuator below the two throttle cables. Its mounted by two 10 mm bolts. The front of the actuator has a L shaped rod. When the aircon kicks in the rod hooks onto the throttle cable plate or what ever its called lol
- The actuator can be adjusted two ways. Loosen the two 100m bolts and you can rotate the actuator so rod sits further away from throttle cable plate or closer. Clearly closer will be higher idle (Lower idle will be anti clockwise)
- The second way is an 8mm lock nut on the rear of the actuator . Loosen it and then adjust the screw out at the end with a flat head. You can see a notch for the flat head. I found using a long flat head is much easier as its tight there.
The first way is for a coarse adjustment
The second way is for fine adjustment
The funny thing is I been playing with it too as I just got my car Dynotuned two days ago. I never knew when they turned up the base fuel it increases idle too.
They did adjust for me but I wasnt happy. I always want perfection.
Now if you find you run out of adjustment to keep the aircon lower you can either take the actuator off by undoing the two 10mm bolts and drill the adjusting holes bigger or bend the rod back further away from the throttle cable.
This mod doesnt affect anything else as its essentially just moving the rod away further.
Will make sense when you look at the actuator. Very straight foward.

You can see the the aircon actuator below the two throttle cables. Its white. Has the lock but and adjusting screw (for fine adjustment) Thats the whole actuator. mounted on side of injector pump via 2 x10mm bolts WP_20140726_001[1].jpg
