    Lol... wheelie bar! Just measured it and the tray ends only 500mm from the end of the chassis

    I don't have an expert opinion, I was just curious as 2 why they used rivets

    I'm no expert but the welds look alright to me...
    Like the look of those latches on the boards too, heaps better than the old turn style ones that always jam up.

    Let me put it this way. I rang around 15 dealers around NSW. Everyone of those suggested only 3 tray manufactures , being Wagga, Bega and Young to be the best trays in NSW
    Obvioisly I opted with Bega as its close to my place down the coast and I have actually seen and touched these.
    Peter Moore does all far south coast and snowy mountains councils so that would have to say something for the name., and if his quality was no good he wouldn't be in business
    He only uses Australian steel and would not touch other crap. I have heard this from a lot of reputable buyers like Snowy Mountains Scheme.

    If you really want to pick the quality of the welds Todd, maybe show us what you have made
