Been a member for a few years now but never really taken the time to make a build thread, not sure if i ever will, but the least thing i can do is make a Members ride thread... especially since i have sought out tons of info from you guys on this thread... this databank is really something!
Well, my rig is actually made out mostly from 3 cars. The engine is a TD42 from a 89 safari, chassis is from a 2008 Patrol which was modified as a rescue car on 44" tires and finally the body is from a 2002 model that i bought with a blown zd30 motor. I used the diffs from the 2002 car which had an ARB airlocker in the front and reduced ratios to 1:5.42.
The car is not quite finished but he drives and brakes and next up is finishing the modification check up by the department of transportation.

Very very nice there was an 80s on 44"s a few years ago now

04 ST 3lt auto, not enough Mods to keep me happy, but getting there
Yes it will, maybe i'll have to remove the extra seats in the back because of weight gain but the weight of the car with passangers cannot exceed 3.500kg (still havent weighed the car) but i can weigh him with empty fuel tanks which helps (i have 2 extra tanks and about 200 liters capacity overall)
You know you got enough ground clearance when you need a safety step to change your gearbox oil lol
