It's the times we live in Kat... I think.
About 2 years ago, I saw a nice Patrol with a bonnet up and a bloke on the phone near my work. I pulled over to see if I could help and he told me to F off and mind my own business... Don't know if he had a bad day or something but yeah, Not much you can do, but just drive off.
I think I actually wrote about it somewhere here on the forum back then.

Angry, confused, fed up - all of the above. Trying to track down the engine knock on my RD28T and discovered I have a leaking head gasket. Had the head job and full engine rebuild a year ago.

Found a good mechanic here, and he did it right last time. Problem here is our extreme temps wreak havoc on the metals and gaskets. Ranges from +20C to -50C tend to work an engine over if it's not in a heated garage.
