Australia is a world leader on research in PD. there have been some huge developments in the past - Garvan Institute and similar in the States.

bummer mate but as we talked about at least now you know what the cause is and that there are ways to control it although i would imagine it wont be a nice op and you will need to go east there is hope at the end of the tunnel, stay positive mate.

There will not be any operation mate, as there is no cure for it at the moment.

Thanks everyone for the support, the worst thing at the moment are the tremors but my doctor is trialing me on some medication that will hopefully stop or reduce them.
May post something in the Depression thread soon.................but I am really OK with the whole thing, maybe a little bit more grumpier though.....hahahahaahahaha
