    One for the victorian fellas!

    Hi all.

So, long story short, the folks recently moved to Wangaratta.
I'm planning to pay them a visit in the September school holidays.
I figure why not bring the patrol and go for a roll around the high country with the old man.

But, he's not sure on any of the tracks, and what the go is with track closures.

So could anyone spread some light, rexcomend some tracks etc?

My Utes a beast and the old man has a gu with a 2" and 33"s, but he can drive it!

    Cheers!

Wait for the others that know the tracks that are open to get on.. its a good drive in from that end and plenty of tracks worth doing.

    I am no help though...lol

There's heaps of tracks probably bout am hours drive of wang. King river past Whitfield is beautiful with heaps of river crossings. Some tracks further up will be closed but some are open. Mt cobbler is another good one. It's 2wd access unless there's snow but a nice spot. It's closed a few k past the lake. Around bright there heaps or mt Samaria at the other end (near Benalla), but a bit further from wang.
