I may be able to borrow one off the old man if required... It maybe worthwhile for the crew driving in from moe to have more than one chain saw given the number of trees likely to be down? Just a thought...

Yeah nice might get some fresh snow, will be wild & windy tho. Last weekend would have been beutiful. . . I blame AB!! Still be good at least were not camping. . .

It was extremely slippery last year around this time, but it was a bit wetter too ..... we just let our tyres down to around 16 - 18 PSI to make sure we had good traction, and it was all OK .. I had no issues at all, and there was only one small moment with one of the Landcruisers in our crew.
You will definitely enjoy it whenever you choose to go....
