mmmmmm I thought your heater was pretty good thinking that you loaded it up got it going and then shut it down and enjoy the heat of the evening till morning then load up again but then again you are always in minus below wich wont help

    2 metres? No way?
I've got through about 8 and I don't think that is excessive at all.
Do you keep yours going 24/7?

My mate has rang me a few times to say he wants a paddock cleared of a couple of fallen trees and that it's really good wood... bloody bullshit green wet crap.

Mum's boss has a huge property with dozens of fallen trees, all stacked up with his excavator... roll one off and cut it up. I need to go back there!
cut up your mates trees split it and youre ahead for the following year when it dries

I have fairly new insulation in the house so it does get shut off on low during the day to simmer...lol

Yep, exactly what I do but not having good hardwood don't help and we have had a farcking cold one. Close to 200sqm is a lot of space to heat though and Fiona likes to crank it up a little in the evenings.lol

Luckily enough the fireplace does it with ease but hungry...lol

I'm trying these cow pats too
